RETURN POLICY:  All of our decals are made to order. We do not keep an inventory of premade decals because there are so many size and color variations a customer can choose from. For this reason, we have the following policy...
"At Stone Creek Wall Decals, we are committed to our customers and hope you love your decals as much as we do! Due to the customized and made to order nature of our products, we are not able to accept returns or exchanges. (Initials, names, sizes, colors, and fonts selected are all customizations that make your order especially for you!) We hold no stock. All orders are custom cut after the order is placed. We cannot accept cancellation requests once production of an order has started. Please make sure you review the sizes before you place your order."

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS: All decals will come with 2 printed pages of step by step detailed instructions along with photos and a QR code for a video tutorial as well. We also include a free test decal to test the surface before you apply the purchased decal. Please contact us directly with any questions about prepping the surface or applying the decal. We're happy to help.

FAQ'S:

• Question: Are wall decals removable? Are they reusable?

Answer: Yes, indoor vinyl is removable. We use the highest quality indoor vinyl on the market, and it removes easily by simply peeling it back off very SLOWLY. The heat of a hair dryer on low just beforehand will soften the vinyl for easier removal. They should not leave behind any residue or damage paints. No, die-cut vinyl decals are not reusable. They cannot be reused, or moved/re-positioned. They are a one time use only.

• Question: Will my order arrive in time?

Answer: Unfortunately all shipping dates are estimates from the USPS mail system and are not guaranteed arrival dates. If you need the decal quickly, we recommend the Priority Shipping Upgrade option at checkout.  Also, we are NOT responsible for shipping delays by the post office. We do not offer refunds for decals that arrive later than the estimated shipping date. Again, all dates are an estimate from from the USPS mail system, and not a guarantee. Please order your decal as early as possible if you are needing it for an event. Thank you for your understanding for shipping times that are out of our control. 

• Question: Do you send proofs of the designs?

Answer: We only send proofs upon request. Proofing is very time consuming and in order to keep our super fast turnaround time and get you your order asap, we don't offer proofs as a standard practice. However, we will send one if you request one. Be aware that if you prefer a proof, production of your order will not be able to start until proofs are approved. 

• Question: I'm not sure if the decal will stick to my wall or surface. Do you offer sample decals?

Answer: Yes, we do offer sample decals to test with, prior to making a purchase. We also offer color samples. These are free of charge, and all you need to do is send us a message to request. Please include your name, mailing address, and the colors you are interested in seeing. We offer these test decals and color samples free of charge to our buyers because we want you to be thrilled with your decal purchase. Since we offer these at no charge/risk to buyers, we cannot be responsible for decals not adhering, or colors not matching your decor after placing an order. If you want to be certain on adhesion and colors, we highly suggest requesting samples before placing an order. We will also include a free "test" decal with every order.

• Question: What is included with my purchase?

Answer: Unless specifically stated in the listing, all orders come with the following:
- Vinyl decal
- Step-by-step, easy to follow instructions on how to apply your decal
- Test decal
*all other decor displayed in sample photos are NOT included with purchase. This includes party backdrops an other decor, flowers, frames, etc.

• Question: Will the decal adhere to my wall or surface?

Answer: Our vinyl decals will adhere to almost any smooth surface including walls, windows, glass, mirrors, finished woods, laptops, plastics, tiles, and more! The decals will adhere to slightly textured walls. ** Important note: Interior grade vinyl decals have been found to have lower adhesion levels with some types of VOC free paints and/or paints containing stain blockers and even primer/paint all in one. If you are worried you have this type of paint, we advise you to refer to our instruction sheet which will come with your order, and will give you detailed instructions on how to prepare the area for a smoother application process.

• Question: What type of vinyl do you use for your decals?

Answer: Our decals are die-cut, meaning the designs/letters are cut out of solid color rolls of vinyl. They contain NO background or clear outline around them. They are applied with a sheet of transfer tape that is later removed. Die-cut decals are very different than printed decals where inks are used on a clear background. We use Oracal brand vinyl for our decals. We also use the Oratape transfer tape that is specifically designed to work with Oracal brand vinyl. These are the highest quality materials in the industry.
